Fund lock is the minimum balance a sionline retailer or sionline distributor need to maintain in his account. this fund cannot be utilised by the dealer as this is the reserve fund for sionline AMC and other charges like sms, plans renewal etc.

you can take balance through our CC Avenue or PayU payment gateway

  1. Click on 24x7 insta Refill Option on Left Hand Side Bar of Your Distributor Login
  2. Check Out the Charges of Our Payment Gateway and Select the Payment Gateway
  3. Enter the Amount YOu Want to Refill
  4. You Will Be Transfered to Our Payment Gateway Page
  5. Once the Transaction is COnfirmed Your balance will be updated in Your Account 

Note :

FOr PG Transfer, Balance will be update after Verification from Payment Gateway 10.00AM TO 7.00 PM Monday to Saturday

if you are under flat martgin plan of sionline retailer, you will not be able to do recharge os airtel, vodafone and idea.

Please Note That When you take balance through CC Avenue Or PayU Payment Gateway in Your SiOnline Distributor ID, it is Manually approved after verification from respective payment gateway.

 

Usually it takes 2 Business Hrs for Confirmation.

 

Also Note that Payment Gateway Balance is Only Updated From 10.00 AM To 7.00 PM/ Monday to Saturday

On Sunday, and after Office Hours 7.00PM or on Holidays, Payment gateway balance gets credited on next working day business hours

Thanks for our Question to SiOnline.

To Check the Profit you have earned, Login to your SiOnline ID, On Top Menu, Click on Ledger >> Select the Date Range and submit, you will get the details of your date wise transactions and profit earned.

Pls Note That the SiOnline Retailers Account Created under FLAT MARGIN PLAN do not have rights for AIRTEL Recharge. To enable AIRTEL Recharge, kindly upgradeyour Retailer Plan from FLAT MARGIN TO FLEXI Margin Plan.
